The role requires supervising staff, managing workload, budgeting, and pursuing new projects through proposals and presentations. A Bachelor's degree and PE license with 5+ years in consulting are preferred.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience and staff development are required.
• Experience coordinating workload and resource planning across a department.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and project outcomes.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and contract oversight skills.
• Leadership training or formal development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage department staff and timesheets.
• Oversee department workload, budgets, and billing.
• Coordinate operations with business unit leaders and strategic planning.
• Manage projects from scoping and pricing to reports and designs.
• Provide technical guidance and staff development support.
