Job summary

Finatal is hiring a US Talent Acquisition Consultant in New York, with remote East Coast options. You will attract, assess and hire exceptional recruitment consultants and support staff to scale Finatal's US operation.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, and partner with US leaders to benchmark compensation, drive diversity and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-growing private capital recruitment business.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' recruitment experience in agency or executive search.
• Proven success sourcing and hiring high‑performing professionals.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience recruiting recruiters (R2R) in professional services or private capital.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute recruitment strategies for US hiring needs.
• Source recruitment consultants from competitors and adjacent markets.
• Manage candidates through full lifecycle and interview scheduling.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Partner with US business leaders; provide hiring insights and KPI reporting.
• Improve recruitment processes and deploy talent acquisition tools.
