Job summary

Western Foods Distributing is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive sales on assigned routes in the Plano area. The role requires building relationships with store managers, customers, and key decision-makers while delivering excellent service.

The ideal candidate will travel to customer facilities, identify opportunities, and develop tailored selling plans across the full product portfolio to grow profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors while visiting customers and using a company vehicle.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Must be able to carry 20 to 40 pounds.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience in Retail or field-based sales.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with store managers and key decision makers.
• Meet sales targets while delivering high-quality customer service.
• Travel to customer facilities to provide information and support to secure and maintain business.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Communicate weekly with the Division Sales Manager on activities and progress.
• Attend store openings and anniversaries and review weekly OOS reports.
