Job summary

Western Foods Distributing is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for the Plano area. The role is full-time and based in Grand Prairie, TX, focusing on growing sales across assigned routes by building relationships with store managers and decision makers, identifying opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will travel to customers, manage leads, present tailored selling plans, and coordinate with the Division Sales Manager to ensure in-store visibility and program

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, full insurance, and clean MVR.
• 1+ year in retail or field-based sales.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with store managers and decision makers.
• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
• Travel to customers to provide information and support and secure business.
• Present tailored selling plans and influence growth opportunities.
• Communicate weekly with the Division Sales Manager on activities and progress.
