Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and provide direction.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and supervises team members in day-to-day operations within store departments.
• Mentors and coaches team members to meet service and sales goals.
• Maintains store appearance and ensures standards during prime hours.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promotes career development and evaluates promotion decisions.
• Manages disciplinary actions and documentation as needed.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and controlling shrink.
