Job summary

CertaSite is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its TA strategy and recruiting function, aligning with growth, new markets, and acquisitions. You will translate business plans into proactive pipelines, advise leaders on requirements and timelines, and drive scalable processes across multiple markets.

The role emphasizes field and technician talent, partnership with leaders and HR, and continuous improvement using analytics and modern sourcing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, organizational leadership, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive talent acquisition, incl. 3+ years leading recruiters.
• Experience building recruiting strategies and pipelines in multi-location org.
• Experience recruiting across levels including field/ hourly or skilled-trade roles.
• Experience with ATS, recruiting analytics, and sourcing tech; professional certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand business plans and hiring needs.
• Develop and execute enterprise talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth.
• Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, esp. field technicians.
• Use labor-market data and analytics to advise sourcing and hiring tactics.
• Lead, coach, and prioritize the talent acquisition team and resources.
• Ensure compliant, consistent recruitment practices across locations.
