ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store leader in daily operations, supervise staff, manage schedules, and drive store performance while modeling ALDI's values. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and competitive wages.

This role starts at $26 per hour with a wage increase to $27 per hour in Year 2. Responsibilities include planning, training, customer service, inventory, signage, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities for direct reports to improve performance.
• Model ALDI values and maintain teamwork and store morale.
• Monitor competitive environment and adjust as needed to maintain position.
• Provide product feedback and assist with new item decisions.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
