Quad Recruitment is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to recruit a Specialty Infusion Manager. The role focuses on expanding chronic infusion and IVIG therapies by building strong referral relationships and increasing market presence across designated territories.

The manager will liaise with physicians, hospitals, and payers, while working alongside clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to ensure seamless referral and treatment experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or business development.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty pharmacy, or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% regionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.

Our client is seeking a Specialty Infusion Manager to support growth across chronic infusion and IVIG therapies by developing strong referral relationships and increasing market presence.

This role serves as the primary link between healthcare providers and infusion services, combining business development with a patient-focused approach. You will manage your territory with autonomy while working closely with clinical, pharmacy, and operations teams to ensure a smooth referral and treatment experience.

Responsibilities include:
