ITS Logistics in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Specialized Account Manager to join our growing brokerage team. You will deepen carrier relationships, craft bespoke solutions for complex transportation needs, and support customer growth with pricing, RFPs, and strong data integrity.

We provide up to two weeks of paid training, on-site work, and opportunities to advance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics.
• Strong understanding of specialized equipment, permitting processes, and freight pricing.
• Minimum 2-year industry experience in construction, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain deadlines.
• Must work onsite.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Deepen relationships with carriers to strengthen ITS’ position as a best-in-class specialized transportation provider.
• Collaborate with customers to design tailored transportation solutions for complex needs.
• Solicit new and existing accounts for opportunities, documenting requirements and communicating them.
• Onboard new customers and develop new SOPs to standardize processes.
• Assist Outside Sales with pricing strategy and CRM updates to win new business.
• Ensure excellence in data integrity and timely shipment status updates.
• Price opportunities (ad-hoc, bid board, dedicated) and manage RFPs.
• Maintain the client pipeline and achieve CRM KPIs.
