Job summary

ITS Logistics seeks a Logistics Sales Executive to manage transportation for customers in the ITS network. The role focuses on procurement, management, service, and execution across multiple supply chains to move goods efficiently from origin to destination.

Responsibilities include procuring capacity, vetting carriers, maintaining service levels, negotiating rates, and collaborating with teams to optimize shipments within the ITS Network. Fort Worth, TX onsite position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is a plus.
• 0–8 years professional experience preferred (entry-level).
• Experience in a fast-paced environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Procure capacity to ensure transportation of customer’s freight happens timely and efficiently.
• Source and vet capacity to meet ITS high standards of excellence and safety.
• Provide solutions to customer’s supply chain challenges in time-sensitive, high-pressure situations.
• Balance competitiveness with operational expectations in alignment with customer requirements.
• Negotiate rates with carrier partners.
• Track all shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery, with real-time updates and data integrity.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize shipments across the ITS Network.
