Job summary

ITS Logistics is seeking an Account Specialist to be the face of the company for our clients in Reno, NV. You will maintain strong client relationships and handle day-to-day business needs, questions, and coordination with internal teams.

The role requires proficiency with MS Office and a preference for WMS experience, plus excellent English communication and problem-solving abilities. You will support billing tasks and help maintain client SOPs in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, and fluency in English are required.
• Must possess excellent problem diagnosis and resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or several client accounts and anticipate client needs with proactive insight and solutions.
• Assist in order processing across multiple software platforms.
• Serve as liaison between clients and warehouse/administrative teams and communicate inbound/outbound demand.
• Ensure compliant with client contracts, perform basic billing and auditing.
• Maintain documented standard operating procedures for client accounts.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Position SummaryThe Account Specialist is the face of the Company for our clients. Account Specialists are responsible for maintaining great working relationships with our clients and handling their day-to-day business needs and questions.

Principle Accountabilities

• Oversee one or several client accounts, work in good faith to anticipate client needs and provide proactive insight and solutions to the client’s business needs and challenges
• Assist in order processing, leveraging several different software platforms and methods
• Control effective communications for your account(s) by acting as a liaison between your client(s) and various warehouse and administrative teams. This includes:
• Communication of inbound/outbound demand and unique client needs
• Working with ITS’ Fleet and Asset-lite Brokerage to better serve your client(s)
• Providing consistent and professional communication to clients
• Understand and act in accordance with client contracts, perform basic billing and auditing
• Assist in maintaining documented standard operating procedures specific to your client(s)
• Other duties as assigned

Position RequirementsRequirements for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), experience with a WMS preferred
• Excellent verbal and written skills (phone etiquette and fluency in English required)
• Must possess excellent problem diagnosis and resolution skills
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
