Job summary

NerdWallet, Inc is seeking a Business Development Associate for SMB Products to manage and grow partnerships across Credit Cards, Banking, and Software. You will analyze performance, build relationships, and translate data into growth opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Content, Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive revenue, launch new partnerships, and ensure a high quality consumer experience. Remote-friendly with emphasis on cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–5+ years of relevant experience in business development, partner management, affiliate marketing, or a related role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day performance and operations of assigned SMB product partnerships.
• Analyze onsite and partnership performance to identify trends and opportunities affecting conversion and revenue.
• Lead recurring business and performance reviews with partners and internal stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and pitch growth opportunities to existing partners to increase partnership value.
• Coordinate with Content, Product, QA, Engineering, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives and maintain a strong consumer experience across NerdWallet.
