Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a driven Partner Account Manager to expand and manage SMB partner relationships across the United States. You will build referral networks with tech, HCM partners, brokers, and financial advisors, while driving lead generation and joint go-to-market efforts.

In this role you’ll collaborate across Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to resolve issues and accelerate partner growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SMB partner sales or business development
• Quota-driven sales success demonstrated
• Independent contributor capable in fast-paced settings
• Willing to travel to Washington, DC area 3 days/week

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and amplify referral relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, CPAs, and advisors in SMB space
• Create strategic referral networks and partnerships for lead generation
• Identify and resolve issues cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
• Collaborate with Partner Marketing on initiatives to promote partner sales (events, emails, webinars)
• Establish business goals and KPIs with partners and execute go-to-market strategies
