Dunkin' is hiring for a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team in our Michigan locations. You will recruit, train, coach, and support team members, while upholding policies and delivering a 5-star guest experience. Growth within the company and a family atmosphere are emphasized in a supportive franchisee setting.

Ideal candidates have shift-management experience, flexible availability, and strong problem-solving skills to drive quality and guest satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (preferred).
• One or more years shift management experience.
• Open/flexible work availability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own shift in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good with problem solving and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Cultivate a 5-star team environment by recruiting, training, coaching, and counseling team members; communicate job expectations; plan, monitor, enforce policies and procedures.
• Achieve results by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service satisfaction; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change; minimizing waste.
