Job summary

Pratt Industries in Bristol, TN, is seeking a Sales Representative to drive profitable account growth and provide exceptional service to existing clients. You will manage full sales cycles, understand product specifications, and coordinate with customers to fulfill orders.

The role requires outbound selling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed. You’ll report to the Sales Manager and contribute to revenue goals while representing Pratt Industries at customer sites.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED with two years outside selling or related experience.
• College degree in graphics or packaging preferred is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to load/unload samples from vehicle and travel to customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell new, profitable accounts and service existing accounts with regular contact.
• Follow up on past due collections and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Learn product specifications, costing variables, and customer requirements.
• Prepare paperwork timely and assist in annual sales budget forecasts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and follow management direction.
