The role collaborates with Marketing, Finance, and IT, maintains sales dashboards, and supports forecasting with data from sales teams and market research. Strong analytical and execution skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, marketing analytics, or sales support.
• Experience with sales/promotion process documentation, CRM administration, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, performance reporting, and market research methods.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Supply Chain to monitor and forecast product demand tied to promotions and enrollment incentives.
• Conduct ongoing market research and monitor industry trends to generate ideas for promotions and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Support ideation, development, and evaluation of enrollment incentives, spot promotions, and other revenue-driving programs.
• Assist with day-to-day sales operations, including tracking promotion performance and maintaining sales tools.
