Young Living Essential Oils is seeking a high-energy U.S. Leadership Support Agent to support Brand Partners by phone, email, and chat in a busy call center environment. You will enable leader advancement, retention, and Loyalty Rewards participation while providing exceptional member experiences.

The role involves education on policies, event support for training, and consistent leadership assistance to the field. Strong multitasking and excellent communication are essential.

Competenze

• A high school education or GED is required, with 1–3 years of related experience.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day business support for Brand Partners via phone, email, chat/sms, and in-person interactions.
• Assist Brand Partners to enhance their member experience and act as the Brand Partner advocate.
• Educate Brand Partners on policies and company needs.
• Travel to training events 1–2 times per quarter; manage setup, registration, volunteers, and teardown at events.
• Contribute leadership support to the field and strengthen team success.
