Armaments Research Company (ARC) is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to keep our pipeline, contracts, and customer data accurate and visible. You will support the growth team from initial conversations to contract award, gaining ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in a relevant field
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent attention to detail with a habit of double-checking work
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfort quickly learning new software

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARC’s CRM with complete opportunities, contacts, and stage updates
• Track opportunities across government pathways like SBIR/STTR and contracts
• Prepare weekly pipeline reports and forecasts for leadership
• Flag stalled deals and upcoming deadlines before they become problems
• Build and maintain dashboards on pipeline value and customer activity
• Turn data into concise one-page summaries for leadership and investors
• Support quarterly reviews and board reporting with accurate figures
• Prepare quotes, pricing sheets, and order paperwork with Finance and Contracts
• Track contract vehicles, periods of performance, funding, and deliverables
• Coordinate invoicing with Finance and deliveries with Program Management
• Maintain organized records of customer agreements and documents
• Support proposal logistics and document control, registrations (SAM.gov)
• Research opportunities and competitors and summarize findings for the growth team
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows and customer demonstrations
• Maintain contact lists, follow-up tracking, and event reporting
• Ensure consistent, responsive customer communications
• Document sales processes and suggest simplifications
• Improve CRM usage, forecasting, and reporting tools
• Follow security procedures for CUI
