Qualifications

• 2+ years of hotel sales or related experience preferred.
• Experience in cold calling, contract closing, site visits, and negotiations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
• Willing to work Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and other events when needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business from local and regional accounts.
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and community activities.
• Exceed forecasted room night, convention, and F&B revenue goals.
• Monitor local market conditions and opportunities driving demand.
• Negotiate group rates within guidelines and review monthly sales performance.
• Assist with group, meeting, corporate, and other sales opportunities as needed.
