Job summary

Top Flight Maintenance, based in Cheyenne, WY, seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to lead new business development, oversee sales and marketing, and support Account Management and Estimating teams. The role is part of the Leadership Team and essential to ongoing growth.

You will cultivate client relationships, drive opportunities, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to close. The position combines field and office work with strategic leadership.

Qualifications

• Sales experience: Previous business-to-business sales, business development, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Leadership: Ability to take ownership, lead others, and contribute effectively as part of a leadership team.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain lasting business relationships.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple opportunities, priorities, proposals, and follow-ups while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Field & Office Work: Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field meeting customers, prospecting, networking, and visiting commercial properties.
• Technology: Comfortable learning and working within CRM, estimating, and other business software.
• Driving Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be eligible to operate a company vehicle in accordance with TFM’s insurance and driving requirements.
• Background Check: Employment is contingent upon successfully completing a background check.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pursue new commercial business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting through proposal and close.
• Maintain an active and organized sales pipeline and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Oversee estimating and proposal development for new business.
• Manage the Account Management and Estimating function.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure new business is transitioned successfully.
• Oversee TFM’s marketing and brand presence.
• Track sales activity, results, and growth goals.
• Participate in Leadership Team meetings, company planning, and goal setting.
