Job summary

Raising Cane's Restaurant Manager in Harrisburg, PA is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture. You will manage shifts, lead crewmembers, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1+ year of restaurant or retail management, flexible shifts, and completion of company training programs. Strong communication and cost-management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Executes shift management and safety standards.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and ensures customer service.
• Manages cash handling and accountability; closes and opens the restaurant.
