Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers in Texas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and oversee shift management of restaurant operations.

The role requires 1+ years of restaurant/retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead a team while delivering exceptional customer service. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related tech systems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; able to travel for work when needed.
• 18 years of age or older; high school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant; manages cash handling and accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Uses tools/logs to support shift execution; documents results and takes corrective action.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper working order of the facility; performs other duties as assigned.
