Job summary

The Assistant General Manager at Fazoli's Career Center oversees operations to ensure guest satisfaction, team development, and profitable growth. This role partners with the General Manager to execute people, sales and profit strategies in a fast-casual environment.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, succession planning, community outreach, and adherence to safety, training, and internal controls while delivering consistent messaging across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED. Minimum age 18 with valid driver's license.
• External candidates: 1 year as Assistant General Manager; fast casual experience preferred.
• Internal candidates: 1 year as Fazoli's Assistant Manager with GM and Area Supervisor recommendation.
• All candidates must complete Fazoli's training and SERV Safe certification.
• Flexibility to transfer to other Fazoli's restaurants as needed; background and motor vehicle checks required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Build community relationships and drive internal/external sales opportunities.
• Support profitability through effective management practices, controls and scheduling.
• Maintain safe, secure work environment and adherence to policies across shifts.
