Job summary

Fazoli's Career Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise shifts, uphold standards, and drive restaurant performance under the General Manager's guidance.

You will help develop the team, foster community relationships to support in-house and off-premise sales, and implement approved plans to grow revenue while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction. This full-time role requires 30+ hours weekly and involves teamwork and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: External candidates need 1 year as Assistant Manager; internal candidates need 6 months as Fazoli’s Associate Trainer.
• Training: Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs, and controls assigned shifts by established policies and standards.
• Assists GM in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Works with GM to build relationships for in-house and off-premise sales and execute marketing plans.
