Job summary

Fazoli's Career Center in the United States seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive growth through People, Sales, and Profit focus. You will support the General Manager in team development and community partnerships while ensuring profitability and safety.

The role requires 1 year of AG Manager experience (external) or 1 year as Fazoli's Assistant Manager (internal), plus SERV Safe certification. Availability for all hours and potential transfers is required.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and ability to recruit and develop a restaurant team.
Understanding of profit, budgeting and revenue generation in a restaurant setting.
Ability to schedule, analyze results and implement improvements.
Self-driven with the ability to work with the General Manager to seize opportunities.
Must complete Fazoli's training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager in developing restaurant team succession and bench strength.
Build community relationships and translate them into business opportunities.
Assist in maximizing profitability through effective management practices.
Enforce safety policies to provide a secure work environment for guests and team members.
Be flexible to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli's restaurants as needed.
