Job summary

Popeyes Round Rock is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, uphold food quality, guest service, and cleanliness, and drive a high-energy, performance-driven culture.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent, coach managers to meet goals, manage inventory and costs, ensure health and safety standards, and grow sales through local marketing while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Assistant GM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication and financial awareness for restaurant leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring food quality, guest service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions.
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to hit goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee inventory, food and labor costs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through local marketing and operations."
