Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably as GM or AGM.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Financial and business acumen, including understanding P&L statements.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure high food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members and managers.
• Coach staff to achieve goals and guest experience.
• Manage inventory, labor costs, and financial performance.
