Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, owner of Marco’s Pizza franchises in the US, is seeking a General Manager to lead a store with a focus on people development, sales growth, and cost control. You will relocate to support the expansion and drive world-class service and product quality across operations.

You will train and mentor staff, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, and report results to the home office while maintaining high customer satisfaction and store standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to relocate as a key driver for expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager and Shift Leads.
• Ensure inventory par levels and ordering systems are in place.
• Maintain standards for sanitation, service speed, and quality.
• Oversee payroll, scheduling, benefits, and performance reporting.
