Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group, the largest Marco's Pizza franchise owner in the US with 100+ locations, is seeking a High-Impact General Manager who can lead a team, deliver outstanding product quality, speedy service, and exceptional customer satisfaction while controlling costs and driving sales.

You will source and develop staff, manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews, conduct leadership team meetings, and ensure store and exterior upkeep, security, and deposit procedures

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Able to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Accountable for creating store Action Plans including marketing to improve the business.
• Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals.
• Ensure the store exterior and security procedures are maintained.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reviews.
