Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco's Pizza to lead and develop teams, drive exceptional customer service, and improve profitability. The GM will focus on people development, product quality, and operating standards across the store.

The role requires managing up to 20 team members, planning schedules, and supervising payroll, benefits, and compliance while delivering strong sales growth and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced pizza environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred
• Lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and performance reporting to the home office.
• Oversee inventory, marketing, and weekly KPI tracking to improve business.
