Job summary

Uncapped is seeking an Embedded Partnerships Manager to own the US embedded finance partnerships with platforms, marketplaces and payment providers, shaping the portfolio and prioritising high-value integrations.

You will personally negotiate and close large deals, structure commercial terms, align with Product and Engineering, and report partner-sourced revenue against the plan for leadership.

Remote work across the United States with optional in-person hubs in Atlanta, Warsaw or London.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partnerships, BD or commercial roles Owning strategic accounts end to end.
• Significant fintech experience (lending, payments or embedded finance preferred).
• Proven record closing large, complex deals with senior stakeholders.
• Experience aligning with Product and Engineering on integrations.
• Expertise in partner segmentation, tiering and prioritisation.
• Credible with senior external and internal leadership.
• Deep understanding of US ecommerce and embedded funding landscape.
• Proficient in CRM with strong commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own US embedded finance partnerships, segment and tier portfolio.
• Prioritise time across portfolio based on revenue and strategic value.
• Set operating rhythm for partnership management including pipeline cadence.
• Personally negotiate and close large embedded deals with senior counterparts.
• Structure commercial terms, integration scope, incentives and co-selling.
• Identify new embedded partnership opportunities shaping the US portfolio.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap for value partnerships.
• Translate performance into reporting and forecasting for leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Product for coverage.
