Job summary

TransUnion in the United States is seeking a Relationship Account Executive to join our Inside Sales and Support team. The role focuses on maintaining and growing revenue from an existing client portfolio in a territory valued at about $2M–$3M.

You will be the primary contact, handle inquiries on pricing, reports, products, billing, and compliance, perform pre-sales research, document post-sales activity in Salesforce, and demonstrate consultative sales skills to build lasting client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 years inside sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow revenue from existing client portfolio and new prospects in a $2M–$3M territory.
• Serve as primary contact; address inquiries on pricing, reporting, products, billing and compliance.
• Pre-sales research using company resources and external data sources.
• Document post-sales activity in Salesforce and set follow-up tasks.
• Demonstrate consultative sales skills to cultivate client relationships.
