Job summary

The role is hybrid, requiring in-person days at a TransUnion office and remote work. Requires 5+ years in related roles and strong CRM knowledge, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, implementation or project management.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions or implementation plans.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface for onboarding and managing Trusted Call Solutions deployments for Enterprise and Telecom customers.
• Project manage complex customer-facing initiatives from contract through launch across multiple quarters.
• Translate business requirements into technical use cases, data flows, and implementation workflows.
