Partnering closely with sales and marketing teams, the SDR uncovers business needs, aligns prospects to TransUnion solutions, and creates opportunities that accelerate revenue growth. This role reports directly to the Sales Manager of Sales Development.
This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
Partner with Inside Executives (IEs) to develop and execute strategic account outreach plans that support new business acquisition and pipeline growth. Research target accounts and key decision-makers to create personalized, multi‑channel prospecting campaigns that drive engagement and meeting generation. Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to leverage campaigns, nurture prospects, provide market feedback, and maximize lead conversion opportunities. Maintain accurate activity and account intelligence in Salesforce while utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, Winmo, and other sales technologies to identify and engage prospective customers effectively.

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $52,500.00 - $87,500 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job‑related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Certain positions may be also eligible for long‑term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
