Job summary

TransUnion LLC seeks an experienced Senior Analyst, Customer Engagement, to ensure alignment between sales and delivery from a customer-centric perspective. The role collaborates with sales on opportunities, advises on product capabilities, and coordinates with production to meet program dates and deliverables.

This is a hybrid position with in-person presence required at an assigned TU office location at least two days weekly.

Qualifications

• Translate technical and functional requirements for non-technical audiences.
• Explain complex concepts in simple terms to stakeholders.
• Experience with ETL processes and data workflows.
• Familiarity with data and reporting in financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bridge sales and delivery teams to align on requirements and delivery.
• Assist technical teams in end-to-end solution design, setup, testing, delivery and documentation.
• Validate batch fulfillment system setups and outputs with customers and audit results.
• Analyze industry changes to anticipate impact on program execution and delivery.
