• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on Regions’ solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educate customers on consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promote digital banking and related technology offerings.
• Provide a consistent customer experience and process transactions as needed.
• Refer complex goals to internal specialists when appropriate.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
