• Lead new account acquisition and participate in outbound calling to grow market share.
• Prospect, generate, process, and close consumer loans.
• Collaborate with team to provide personal and business banking solutions.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly referral and appointment goals.
• Execute teleconsulting and follow-up to build pipelines and deepen relationships.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and ensure smooth onboarding.
