Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year customer service and sales in banking or financial services.
• Bachelor's Degree and 1+ year in relevant sales preferred.
• Ability to build, deepen and retain relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with technology and online banking.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Grow customer relationships through proactive outreach and referrals.
• Educate customers on online and mobile banking.
• Deepen relationships by cross-selling appropriate banking products.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, and regulatory policies.
