Renew Health + Recovery is seeking an Regulatory Licensing & Enrollment Specialist to lead multi-state licensing and payer enrollment efforts. You will coordinate applications, support Joint Commission readiness, and assist with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment while maintaining trackers and collaborating with leadership.

The role emphasizes organization, detailed regulatory research, and independent project management in a growing healthcare setting, with strong cross-department collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare regulatory licensing, accreditation, compliance, or related function.
• Experience coordinating regulatory applications, renewals, or licensing documentation.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate state licensing applications for new states, programs, and entities.
• Support accreditation surveys, readiness activities, and corrective action follow-ups.
• Assist with payer enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Maintain licensing and credentialing trackers and timelines.
• Communicate with regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders to advance submissions.
• Develop regulatory checklists and monitoring tools.
• Assist with policy reviews and internal audits related to compliance.
