Job summary

Nourish, the nation's largest dietitian-led metabolic health clinic, is hiring a Licensing Senior Associate to streamline licensing operations across the U.S. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Provider Network Strategy, you will own licensing applications, optimize workflows, and help expand into new states and provider types.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
• Familiar with licensing processes and state licensing requirements for RDs or MDs, NPs, therapists.
• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration.
• Meticulously organized and detail-oriented.
• Thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changes in processes and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S., ensuring all requirements are met for licenses to be approved.
• Suggest automation or new tools to streamline licensing processes, optimizing steps and workflows.
• Develop SOPs for new state or provider licensing, and own implementation across the team.
• Assist in managing/uptraining our contract licensing team.
• Track licensing metrics and report progress, roadblocks, and other updates; provide suggestions to make reporting robust & actionable.
• Provide direct support to Registered Dietitians, Medical Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and therapists and own/manage all licensing communications to providers.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to share updates, reprioritize work, and gather input as needed.
