Job summary

CareRing Health, LLC seeks a highly organized Home Health Credentialing Specialist to support licensing, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, and compliance across our home health, personal care, and hospice operations. This role focuses on organizational licensing and enrollment across multiple states, managing deadlines, submissions, and regulatory documentation.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a master calendar of licenses, permits, registrations, certifications, renewals, and deadlines.
• Manage organizational licenses, Medicare/Medicaid enrollments, provider numbers, and multi-state regulatory filings.
• Prepare and submit applications, renewals, and regulatory updates within required timeframes.
• Track submissions through completion and provide status updates to leadership.
• Assist with audits, surveys, and plan of correction tracking.
