Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least three years of regulatory experience, with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare regulatory licensing, accreditation, or payer enrollment.
• Experience coordinating regulatory applications, renewals, or licensing documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and accreditation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate state licensing applications and renewals for new markets.
• Support accreditation surveys and readiness activities with The Joint Commission.
• Assist with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment and payer credentialing.
• Maintain licensing trackers, timelines, and regulatory documentation.
• Communicate regulatory updates to leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare status reports and contribute to policy reviews.
