Soleo Health is seeking a Nursing Licensure and Enrollment Specialist to manage multi-state nursing licensure and provider enrollment. This fully remote, full-time role supports licensure applications, NP licensing, NPI enrollment, and credentialing across Soleo Health, Virtis Health, and new entities.

Responsibilities include coordinating applications, renewals, documentation, and payer enrollment while ensuring regulatory compliance and readiness for uninterrupted patient care and operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years in healthcare licensing, credentialing, provider enrollment, regulatory compliance, or healthcare administration.
• Experience with provider enrollment, credentialing, nursing licensure, or regulatory processes preferred.
• Knowledge of state licensing boards, NPI registration, Medicare/Medicaid and payor enrollment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and documentation management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Experience using healthcare enrollment/credentialing tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage nursing licensure applications, renewals, updates, and maintenance across multiple states.
• Support NP licensing activities, applications, renewals, registrations, and documentation.
• Assist with NPI enrollment and maintenance for NPs and other providers.
• Support Virtis Health provider enrollment: preparation, submission, follow-up, maintenance.
• Assist with Soleo Rare licensing and enrollment initiatives under director guidance.
• Provide credentialing support: collection, verification, and maintenance of documentation.
• Maintain provider demographics, regulatory reporting, credentialing databases, and tracking systems.
• Support payor enrollment: application prep, roster updates, recredentialing, maintenance.
• Monitor statuses and renewal timelines to ensure timely submissions and compliance.
• Communicate with boards, enrollment entities, and stakeholders about requirements.
