You will oversee enrollment systems, manage revalidations, and coordinate with payers and regulators to ensure audit-ready documentation and smooth operations across service lines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Medicaid provider enrollment, revalidation, and credentialing across multiple states.
• Maintain licensing, permit, and regulatory compliance for healthcare operations.
• Serve as liaison with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and regulatory agencies.
• Oversee provider enrollment systems, CAQH maintenance, and related documentation.
• Track renewal cycles, expirations, deadlines, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for inspections and payer reviews.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership to ensure uninterrupted funding and billing.
• Research licensing/enrollment requirements for growth, new locations, acquisitions.
• Develop centralized tracking systems, workflows, and documentation processes.

Our client, a growing multi-state healthcare organization, is seeking a Contracts & Licensing Director to lead provider enrollment, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance activities across multiple service lines and states.

This is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring uninterrupted operations, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance through the management of provider enrollments, Medicaid revalidations, licensing renewals, payer relationships, and compliance infrastructure.

What You'll Own

• Manage Medicaid provider enrollment, revalidation, and credentialing activities across multiple states
• Maintain licensing, permit, and regulatory compliance requirements for healthcare operations
• Serve as a key liaison with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, and regulatory agencies
• Oversee provider enrollment systems, recredentialing, CAQH maintenance, and related documentation
• Track and manage renewal cycles, expirations, regulatory deadlines, and compliance reporting requirements
• Maintain audit‑ready documentation and support regulatory inspections, audits, and payer reviews
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Leadership teams to ensure uninterrupted funding and billing

• Develop and improve centralized tracking systems, workflows, and documentation processes
