BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a Licensure Specialist to join the Corporate Legal Department. The role focuses on Medicaid/Medicare enrollment applications, licensure across states, and renewals for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), experience in a legal/admin support role, strong research and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with accuracy under deadlines. Travel is expected 0–25%.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a primary resource for licensure enrollment and related matters. Ensures licenses are renewed timely.
• Prepares and submits enrollment and re-enrollment applications for state Medicaid and Medicare.
• Communicates status, required next steps, and potential impacts on claims processing to stakeholders.
• Coordinates and maintains a tracking database for provider enrollments and licensure tasks.
• Maintains company documents and records related to legal entity and licensure structure.
• Collaborates with revenue cycle and claims teams to troubleshoot enrollment payment issues.
• Supports Business Development in transactions tied to licensing/enrollment incl. mergers and acquisitions.
• Performs other duties to support legal and compliance departments.

Overview

The Licensure Specialist will be a member of the Corporate Legal Department and will work with all Medicare and Medicaid enrollment applications and related renewals across the BrightSpring organization. They will also work with various state licensing agencies on any new licensure applications, as well as licensure renewals, across all lines of business.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a primary resource for all Company licensure enrollment and related matters. Ensures all licenses are renewed timely.
• Prepares and submits enrollment and re-enrollment applications related to state Medicaid and Medicare.
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders regarding application status, required next steps, and potential impacts on claims processing.
• Coordinates and maintains a tracking database for provider enrollments and licensure related tasks.
• Maintains Company documents and records related to the legal entity and licensure structure of the Company.
• Collaborates with the revenue cycle and claims teams to troubleshoot payment issues related to enrollment.
• Supports company Business Development Team in connection with corporate transactions (tied to licensing and enrollment) including mergers and acquisitions.
• Performs other duties as assigned to support the legal and compliance departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or an equivalent level of experience and education.
• Paralegal experience helpful, or a background in the legal field or in the performance complex administrative support functions
