Job summary

Alpha School is hiring a Director of Community Engagement to lead regional relationships that drive enrollment growth through referrals. You will design and host gatherings, recruit parent ambassadors, and build connections with public officials and business leaders, traveling to multiple major cities.

You will record all activities in the CRM, develop alumni networks, and collaborate with colleagues to improve regional methods while tracking measurable enrollment growth from referrals.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience building communities or relationship programs with measurable growth through referrals.
• Experience designing and delivering at least 20 gatherings with budgets responsibility.
• Record of building relationships with public officials or business executives with demonstrable results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver several gatherings each month, within budget.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit current parents as ambassadors and match with prospective families.
• Build relationships with public officials and business executives for venues and opportunities.
• Record gatherings and introductions in the CRM and track outcomes.
