Job summary

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience building communities or relationship programs with measurable growth through referrals.
• Experience personally designing and delivering at least 20 gatherings with budgets.
• Record of building relationships with public officials or executives yielding results.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly (open events, dinners by city/grade, family retreats).
• Secure venues, hosts, and vendors; personally host events.
• Recruit and activate parent ambassadors to connect with prospective families.
