Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load/unload donated goods, sort textiles, and distribute items for processing and storage. You will assist with packing, pricing, tagging, and maintaining clean, organized work areas while upholding safety and loss prevention standards.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in retail/customer service, physical ability to lift heavy objects, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Opportunities for growth and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously through the day.
• Good verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Must meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and issue receipts.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck on pallets or shelves.
• Sort and price donated items; rotate stock and keep shelves organized.
• Maintain clean work areas and follow safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Assist in stocking and restocking supplies and equipment for production lines.
• Provide excellent service and respond to questions in a friendly manner.
