Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and distribute items for processing or storage. You will assist customers and donors, maintain inventory, and help keep work areas clean while following safety guidelines.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in retail customer service, ability to lift items, and willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year retail customer service experience.
• Ability to bend, lift, grasp and move continuously.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Flexible with shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and customers at donation station and provide friendly service.
• Issue donor receipts in a courteous manner.
• Sort and load/unload donated goods using a hand truck or pallet equipment.
• Restock supplies and assist in production and sales flow.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and follow safety policies.
