Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is hiring a Production Associate to load and unload donated goods, sort textiles, and prepare items for processing and shipping at our South Park location in San Antonio, TX. You will work with a team to maintain workflow, assist customers, and ensure clean, safe work areas throughout the day.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, ability to lift and move items, and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Retail customer service experience (6 months to 1 year).
• Ability to bend, lift, and move continuously.
• Two-person lifting of heavy objects may be required.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Meet the physical requirements and have a valid driver’s license if you drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to donors and customers at donation station.
• Load, unload, and move donated goods using a hand truck to maintain workflow.
• Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining clean work areas.
• Sort and price donated items, and assist with inventory control as needed.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and organization on the sales floor and production area.
